A brief summation of last weekend:
~Friday: work
~Saturday: work and then my cousin Benjamin's birhday celebration, marking the beginning of our book club [first book = Eragon by Christopher Paolini]. Buffet dinner.
~Sunday: Brunch at the Washington Park Grille, where Cristina's father is the head chef and where I will be hostessing. I achieved one of my lifelong goals, which was to eat risotto balls. It's my favorite restaurant...the lobster mac and cheese alone is enough to make it my favorite. And then I saw INTERPOL [!!] and had much fun all around.
I can't remember what I did on Monday. I think I had to work.
I expected Tuesday to be really shitty. I had a Spanish test that I didn't think I was ready for, a rough draft of a paper about something that changed my life that I couldn't even think of a topic for, and no completed math homework. But it was actually good. The end.

How was the show? Did you go behind the venue and ask for photographs and offer undulating forms of adulation.
And at the expense of sounding like a total asshole...
Since when did you like Interpol. When I tried to pass along their music to you the first time (a long time ago in a galaxy far far away) you just laughed at me.
Anyways, are we just not on speaking terms anymore? I don't think I could find a new Frodo Baggins...

Why would we not be on speaking terms?? you crazy fool. I don't have much to say? I think I'm boring. And I've been hella depressed lately, but you deal with too much of my bullshit as it is, I think. And I freak you out when I gush about how cool you are ;)
sincerely yours, frodo baggins of the shire.
